The Gorilla Panic Cocktail
Not long ago I visited Tiki Underground. It’s a nifty bar in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio easily found on Front Street—just look for the place with the small, wrecked airplane with a skeleton pilot above its courtyard.
The menu has a fabulous array of intriguing Tiki drinks. I chose the Gorilla Panic, a mixture of Giffard Banane du Brasil, Orgeat, Plantation Dark Rum, herbal spirit, Tiki Bitters, and lime juice. Mine was served with crumbled banana chips sprinkled on top. Delicious and potent!

Beer of the Month
I came across Timber Creek Tap and Table when I visited Grove City, Pennsylvania, which is about one hour from the Pennsylvania border. I tried the Black Bear Porter and it is delicious. I enjoyed it so much I bought a four-pack of tallboys to take home. It shows notes of chocolate and coffee and is a solid 6% alcohol by volume.
